More and more airports are recognizing the importance of wellness-focused travel and are now offering fitness centers, walking paths, and dedicated yoga spaces. If you find yourself in San Francisco International Airport (SFO), head to one of the free yoga rooms in Terminals 2 and 3, where you can stretch and practice mindfulness before your next flight. Dubai International Airport (DXB) takes fitness a step further with its G-Force Gym, located inside the Dubai International Hotel, offering travelers a fully equipped workout facility with treadmills, weights, and showers. For a more refreshing layover experience, Singapore Changi Airport (SIN) has a rooftop swimming pool and jacuzzi, allowing travelers to take a dip while overlooking the runway. Meanwhile, if you’re connecting through Munich Airport (MUC), check out the MAC Forum, which offers indoor surfing—a perfect way to get your adrenaline pumping during an otherwise uneventful layover.
