Flying is hard on the human body. Not only does it go hurtling through the air at high speeds, but it also means being confined to a small place for hours on end without sufficient leg room. Flying places a lot of stress on the mind too, as there are many aspects of the trip which can be stressful, especially for those that get nervous in the air. Time spent waiting in the terminal for a flight to arrive can often feel like an eternity, which can also make travelers feel anxious. Rather than sitting in the terminal, in often uncomfortable chairs, while you are waiting to board the plane, consider taking a stroll or walk a few flights of stairs in the airport. As an alternative, tourists may also think about doing some stretches, pushups, situps, jumping jacks, or burpees for a more impactful exercise (most of which seem funny to do in front of others, but can really help in the long run).

Although exercising is an often overlooked way to improve a trip, during the tiring and stressful portions, there is more than one way to deal with these speed bumps. The next slide offers another tip which is often overlooked my most throughout the entire trip.
