Huacachina tours is another phenomenal tourist attraction which has been changing the game of surfing. Located in Peru, Huacachina is a quaint village which hosts a variety of shops, bars, and accommodations, but has more famously become a hub for sandboarding. The premise for sandboarding is the same as surfing, except instead of waves, riders take on the dunes that surround a local lagoon. Temperatures are hot, and there is much else to keep travelers busy when they are not preoccupied with catching a gnarly sand dune.
