Though not directly on a border, Tórsvøllur Stadium in Tórshavn, Faroe Islands, has one of the most stunning settings in world football. On exceptionally clear days, spectators in the stands can look northward across the North Atlantic toward Iceland, and on rare occasions, even Norway’s rugged coastline is faintly visible in the distance. The stadium’s natural beauty, surrounded by cliffs and the roaring sea, makes it one of the most dramatic venues in the world.
