30 Theme Parks That Were Left Abandoned And Possibly Haunted
28. Wonderland Amusement Park – Beijing, China

Intended to be Asia's largest theme park, Wonderland's construction halted around 1998 due to financial issues, leaving behind vast, partially built structures in a field outside Beijing. Most iconic was the skeletal framework of a large, Disneyesque castle and other medieval-style buildings. These unfinished fantasy structures stood eerily empty for over a decade, becoming a famous symbol of failed ambition before finally being demolished around 2013. Photos of the haunting, incomplete castle are widely circulated.
